
Overview
Tama, a new way for Brands and Influencers to connect, set out to remove time, stress, and cost from influencer marketings. They build a proprietary software that analyzes industry trends and automatically connects brands and influencers based on marketing campaign goals and influencer audience engagement scores.
0-1 Product Development
Tamayou.com is a net new concept, building on other platforms but improving with AI automation workflows. First, we focused on our ICP and built targeted user personas based on industry research & user interviews. Next, we focused on business / user goals and built various user flows that would help marry the two. Lastly, we conducted card sort testing to help build a V1 IA that helped inform the overall flow of our product.

UI / Testing
We started by focused on creating low fidelity wireframes that helped us map out the general flows a user would take, as well as how an admin would navigate through various account types to help maintain a consistent workflow. Next, we validated these wireframes with first click testing to help determine if our content was structured properly.
Mobile or Desktop first??
Based off of our user interviews, we discovered brand are significantly more likely to utilize a desktop platform to build, launch and maintain their social media campaigns and influencer marketing network. However, Influencers are more likely to utilize a mobile app/platform. Therefore, we decided to focus on a content first approach and build a fully responsive platform that allowed users to gain access regardless of their desired device.

Tama's Design System
Building a design system the developers could utilize on a long term basis was crucial for the overall success of this project. We utilized an 8px grid, T-Shirt size typographic system, and focused on utilizing components/patterns that would scale easily.
